No two kids grow in a straight line — and that's exactly the point.
Squiggly & Co. is a child-focused movement and support service helping kids build confidence, independence and connection through play, exercise and everyday experiences.

Our Story
Squiggly & Co. was created with one simple belief: every child deserves to grow, move and connect in a way that feels right for them.
We know that traditional, one-size-fits-all approaches don't always work — and that's okay. Kids don't grow in straight lines. They squiggle, loop, pause and leap forward in their own time and their own way.
Through play-based exercise physiology and support services, we help children build the physical confidence, independence and social connection they need to thrive — both in their bodies and in their everyday lives.
"No two squiggles are the same."
We believe play is powerful.
We believe progress isn't linear.
We believe every child deserves to feel capable.
We believe family and community connection matters.
Georgia Silvestri
Hi, I'm Georgia: paediatric exercise physiologist, lifelong squiggler, and the person behind Squiggly & Co.
I've been working with kids in movement and support since 2023, and from early on I knew I wanted something different. Not a conveyor belt of back-to-back appointments, but real time: the kind that lets you actually get to know a child, understand their world, and work alongside their family in a way that genuinely makes a difference.
So I started Squiggly & Co.
I chose Exercise Physiology because movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for child development, and it's still one of the most underestimated. The way a child moves through the world directly shapes how they think, learn, regulate their emotions and connect with the people around them. Gross motor skills lay the foundation for fine motor skills. Physical confidence builds emotional confidence. And for neurodivergent kids especially, movement isn't just exercise. It can be regulating, grounding and genuinely life-changing. As an accredited Exercise Physiologist, I design evidence-based, individualised movement programs that support each child's physical development, functional independence and overall wellbeing, all delivered in a way that actually feels good to be part of.
For me, this isn't just a business. It's built on the belief that every child deserves to feel safe, heard and respected. That they get to show up exactly as they are, without pressure to fit a mould or hit a milestone on someone else's timeline. I know first-hand what it feels like to move through the world differently. As a neurodivergent person myself, I understand the very real challenges your little squiggles face every day: the sensory stuff, the social stuff, the "why is this so hard for me when it looks easy for everyone else" stuff. That understanding shapes everything I do.
My approach is family-centred and holistic, because kids don't exist in isolation, and neither does their development. I work with the whole child, and with the people who know them best.
When I'm not with clients, you'll find me at the beach, out on a run, or lost in a good book. (Movement and rest: turns out both matter. Who knew.)
Whether your child is navigating a diagnosis, working on building everyday skills, or just needs a space where they can be completely, unapologetically themselves, you're in the right place.
Our Services
Every program is built around your child — their interests, their strengths and their pace.
Exercise Physiology
Tailored, play-based exercise programs supporting gross motor skills, strength, coordination, balance and overall movement confidence — helping kids build skills for everyday life, from the playground to the classroom.
Exercise physiology isn't just about building strength or improving motor skills — movement can also support emotional regulation and behaviour. Structured physical activity helps children build body awareness and develop self-regulation skills, which can support more consistent emotional responses across the day. For many kids, particularly those with ASD or ADHD, a well-designed movement program can be a valuable part of supporting focus and regulation.
We tailor exercise physiology sessions to each child's individual needs, which may include support with:
- Motor skill development
- Confidence in movement
- Emotional regulation and behaviour
- ASD and ADHD
- Gross developmental delay (GDD)
- Muscle tone
- Sensory processing differences
- Early childhood development
- School readiness
By combining targeted physical activity with an understanding of each child's developmental and sensory profile, we help build not just physical capability, but the confidence and regulation skills that support learning, play, and everyday life.
Support Services
Flexible, person-centred support helping kids and families navigate everyday life with greater independence and connection, including capacity building, daily routines, and community participation.
As a support worker, I work alongside kids and families in the spaces where everyday life happens, at home, at school, and out in the community. Support is tailored to each family's goals and can look different depending on the day, whether that's building confidence in social situations, settling into new routines, or simply having consistent, familiar support to lean on. The aim is always to build skills and independence in a way that fits naturally into everyday life, rather than feeling separate from it.
Support may include:
- Everyday independence
- Social and community participation
- Support with daily routines
- Family-centred support
- Transitions (school, home, community)
- Capacity building
- Confidence in new or unfamiliar situations
- Consistent, relationship-based support
By working within the context of each family's everyday life, support is practical, responsive, and focused on helping kids and families feel more connected and confident, at home and in the community.
